Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from 70 Stories and we’ll be bummed if you are not satisfied with what you’ve received. We’ll be more than happy to assist you and exchange the item in a different size, colour, or with an entirely new product equal to or more than the value of the original merchandise. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of the receipt of your item to process an exchange.
In the unlikely instance, that the item you’ve received is defected or is not what you had expected, we do accept returns within three days of the item being delivered to you in new condition only. Please contact us at email@example.com at the earliest, stating your reason for return, to assist you on the same. We do not accept returns directly sent to us without you checking with our team first.
Items bought on discount are considered final sale and hence are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note the items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original invoice in your return package.
Once the package is received, we follow a quality check process after which we will update you on your refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
All return labels and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We will not be providing any return labels.
